Our Story
Born from a Decade of PCR Expertise
Samos Laboratories is a specialized entity of MarinaBioLab, a molecular diagnostics company with deep expertise in PCR reagent manufacturing, CLIA laboratory operations, and laboratory consulting. MarinaBioLab has spent years helping independent labs and clinics build and scale their molecular testing capabilities.
Samos was created to bring that same integrated expertise directly to pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and diagnostic developers who need a CRO partner that can do more than just run samples. We saw a gap in the market: organizations that needed custom PCR assays developed, manufactured, and tested under a single quality system — and couldn't find a single partner to do all three.
That gap is exactly what Samos was built to fill. By combining MarinaBioLab's manufacturing infrastructure with a dedicated CLIA-certified testing laboratory and an in-house assay development team, we created the only PCR CRO where the scientist who designs your assay is the same organization that makes your kit and runs your test.
